A New Friend
My name is Ali. I am a student. Today is Monday, and I am at school. A new student is here. Her name is Emma. She has a blue bag and a small book. I say hello. She says hello, too. We sit near the window. Our teacher comes into the room. We read and write together. After the lesson, I ask Emma a question. "Do you like music?" "Yes," she says. "I like music and books." I am happy. I have a new friend.
